SIA ENCATA (Engineering Catalyst) is a one-stop engineering development consultancy, part of a group of companies 60+ world class engineers and a fully equipped factory focused on product development, design engineering and prototype manufacturing.  


SIA ENCATA provides end-to-end engineering services to help our customers complete the journey from a good idea through design and development to mass-production and market launch.  ENCATA also helps companies manage a wide variety of challenges including  product lifecycle, technology transfer and commercial R&D.

Cooperation agreement no. 1.1.1.1/20/A/110 with the University of Latvia on the implementation of the ERDF project “Development of Synthesis Gas Production Method for Innovative Methanol Production with Compact Equipment Using Mathematical Modeling of Technological Processes” signed.

The total costs are 540,540.00 EUR, which are shared between the University of Latvia (60%) and the cooperation partner - SIA ENCATA (40%). 92.5% of this amount is ERDF and national co-financing.

Project implementation deadline: 01.06.2021-30.11.2023. (30 months)

The project is co-financed by REACT-EU funding for mitigating the consequences of the pandemic crisis.

COOPERATION in the field of EDUCATION

One of the objectives of the Project is the joint work of specialists from Ukrainian and Latvian companies. 

The project provides an opportunity for people who temporarily left Ukraine and live in Latvia to gain knowledge that will be useful for the rebuilding of Ukrainian cities and villages destroyed by the war. 

Latvia is ready to participate in the restoration of Ukraine.
